heartsaver CPR/aed Training

This course provides members of the community with basic CPR and AED training, learning how to respond in an emergency to help save a life. Participants will receive an American Heart Association certification card upon completion.

Ideal for coaches, scout leaders, baby sitters, business employees, and anyone without medical experience who wants to learn how to save a life.

Combination CPR/AED & First Aid Training

This combination course certifies participants in Heartsaver CPR/AED and Basic First Aid. Participants will be issued a Heartsaver CPR/AED card and a First Aid card from the American Heart Association.

Basic First Aid

This Basic First Aid course teaches participants how to respond to a wide variety of medical and traumatic emergencies that they may encounter in the community. Participants will be issued an American Heart Association First Aid card upon completion.

BLS for the Healthcare Provider (CPR/AED)

This course provides CPR and AED training for anyone in healthcare services and for first responders. Participants will recieve an American Heart Association (AHA) certificate card upon completion.

OSHA N-95 Respirator Fit Testing

OSHA complaint fit testing for N-95 respirators. Required yearly for anyone who may use an N-95 respirator. Is your company OSHA compliant?

Bleeding Control (B-Con)

Massive bleeding from any cause, but particularly from an active shooter or explosive event where a response is delayed can result in death. Similar to how the general responders learn and performs CPR, the responders must learn proper bleeding control techniques, including how to use their hands, dressings, and tourniquets. Babysitting and Child Care Training

Start your babysitting business on the right foot and learn how to be a safe, professional and reliable sitter. American Red Cross babysitting and child care course can help you provide quality care to children of all ages. This class is available to those ages 11 and older, and include topics such as choosing age-appropriate activities, basic child care, bottle feeding, child behavior, leadership, professionalism, safety, starting a babysitting business, and more! Rehabilitation for the emergency first responder

The goal of rehabilitation during an emergency incident is to return first responders back into operations in their most efficient manner.

The Rehabilitation for the Emergency First Responder Course is an overview of how to set up and perform rehabilitation operations to state and federal standards. Students will be refreshed on common injuries and illnesses that may take place during these potentially large scale, or long lasting events.

Anaphylaxis and Epi Pen Administration Training

The Right to Refuse

This course describes the legal basis in which patient refusals are founded upon. A patient’s ability to refuse can must be made by a patient who has the capacity to refuse care. As a first responder, assuring your patient has the ability to refuse care can be a daunting task. This course provides responders with a useful tool to make this process easier, as well as, recommendations on what to do with a patient who refuses care, who is unable to do so.

There are many drugs that can alter a person's consciousness. EMS are often called to respond and treat people under the influence. This course goes over classes of drugs, common illicit drugs, and their effects on the human body.
